After we entered the Netherlands near Aachen, Germany, we drove through a small section of southern Netherlands, in the district of Limburg, to reach the ‘Dreilandenpunt’.

Dreilandenpunt is the Dutch word for the point at which 3 countries (Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium) meet. The German name for this place is ‘Dreilandereck’ and the Belgians, who speak French, call it ‘Point aux Trois Bornes’.

We didn’t stay long at Dreilandenpunt. We stopped there for quick photo opportunities. When we left Dreilandenpunt we headed south in Belgium.
