Today was a fun but exhausting day. At sunrise I drove to Southgate Park in Hayward where I joined my neighbor and two of his friends to play pickleball. After 12 games of pickleball I hustled home, made a quick change of my clothes, and headed to San Ramon where my brother Mark and I enjoyed a 15 mile ride on our ElliptiGo bikes.

Today’s bike ride began on Fostoria Drive in San Ramon, where we joined the Iron Horse Trail and rode south to Dublin. In Dublin, we rolled on the Alamo Creek Trail and continued south into Pleasanton on the Centennial Trail. After riding 7.5 miles, we stopped in Pleasanton to turn around and headed back to our starting point in San Ramon.

Fortunately, there wasn’t much wind to battle with during our ElliptiGo ride. I was already fairly tired when the ride began, having already played pickleball for 2.5 hours, so I was happy to have an easy bike ride today.
