Today, my brother Mark and I spent another sunny Sunday morning riding our bicycles on the trails in the winery country of Livermore. Approximately one-third of today’s route covered trails that we’d ridden before, while most of today’s route was uncharted territory for us.

The scenery in winery country is excellent, and the winery trails aren’t as heavily used as other local trails that wind through residential neighborhoods. Unfortunately, one of the trails that we rode today was extremely bumpy and that made it difficult to enjoy a one mile section of our ride. You’ll see what I mean if you watch the video that I captured during today’s ride.

I hope that the city of Livermore will repair the bumpy sections of the Arroyo Del Valle Trail soon. If they can manage that then we’ll ride on that route frequently.
