This morning, during a break in the rainstorms, I took a walk at Lake Chabot Regional Park. The wet weather kept the weekend crowds away from the park, which was fine with me.
The map below shows the route for today’s walk. I started at the southern map pointer and walked 2 miles to reach the other map pointer, and then I turned around and returned to the starting point via the same route.
During today’s walk I stopped briefly to snap a few photographs of the trail. I’ll share those photos here.
I walk at Lake Chabot 4 or 5 times each week, weather permitting. I make my visits to the lake early, usually at sunrise, to avoid the crowds.
