Vincent Van Gogh led a fascinating life. He’d be a perfect subject for a TV mini-series, if someone would do it correctly and not feed all of the myths and fiction about poor Vincent.
If you’d like to learn everything about Vincent Van Gogh, grab a copy of the book titled ‘Van Gogh, The Life’ by Steven Naifeh and Gregory White Smith. The book is 976 pages long and covers everything about Vincent. I enjoyed the book very much.
Vincent’s story is not uplifting. If you’re looking for a quick read or a delightful story, this is not the book for you. If you’re somewhat familiar with Van Gogh and would like to learn more about him, and you’re not intimated by a long and sad story, this is definitely the book for you.
