Amy and I decided to do something a little different for our daily exercise today. We set up a portable badminton net on our backyard pickleball court, and we knocked the shuttlecock around for a while. I hadn’t played badminton since I was in high school, so I was pretty dreadful at it today. Amy is much better at keeping the birdie in play than I am. We both enjoyed it today, and we’ll do it again someday soon. Here are a few photos and a brief video of our experience today…
